Customers purchasing goods for outside the UK is provided by a company called UPS over 2kg, under 2kg is Royal Mail Air Mail Small Packets. (If needed contact customer services.)
| Delivery ScheduleNEXT DAY UK DELIVERY Any orders placed before 12pm GMT Monday to Thursday will be despatched on a 24-72 hour courier service. Orders received after 12pm GMT on Thursday's will be despatched on the Friday for delivery on Monday.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY Orders received for shipping outside the Mainland UK will be despatched within 3-7 working days and are subject to shipping charges as appropriate.
All deliveries are subject to stock and terms and conditions apply. | Terms of Delivery...We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days, sometimes this is not possible due to stock shortages, so please allow upto 14 working days from receipt of order. If you do not receive your order after 21 days please let us know and we will advise you of an exact delivery time. | Faulty product?If you have received your order and find that a product is faulty you may return it for exchange or credit note.
Due to the nature of products such as sex aids and various other items such as mouth gags, for hygienic reasons these are not accepted for refund or exchange. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
In the case of lingerie or other such garments where an item may come into contact with personal areas of the anatomy we ask that you try them on over your own underwear and do not remove the price tags until you are sure that you are keeping them. However these must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for an exchange or credit note.
All garments may only be returned for an exchange where they still have the tags attached and where they are in the original condition as received. If the garment is returned damaged with a tear or rip we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or credit note whereby any deliberate damage has been caused. We may offer a repair at our discreation.
Footwear... Footwear may only be returned for exchange if the soles are not scratched or scuffed and if the straps are not stretched or creased. We recommend that when you are buying footwear you try the shoes or boots on whilst in a soft floored area such as a carpeted bedroom or lounge. This is to ensure that you are happy with them before any natural wear begins. Because of the nature of footwear, once the bottoms are damaged the retail value is lost so we cannot accept them for exchange or refund. We do not offer refunds on footwear.
